This image sits in the header of every outgoing email sent by the RankingMastery platform—newsletters, automation drips, CRM notifications, booking confirmations, etc.
2 · Recommended Specs
Width: 300–450 px. (Emails are typically 600 px wide; this keeps 30-40 px side padding.)
Height: 80–120 px. (Tall logos push content down on mobile.)
Retina: Export at 2× those dimensions (e.g. 800 × 200) and the system will auto-shrink—giving sharp results on high-dpi screens.
Format: Transparent PNG (best) or optimized JPG if your logo is photo-based.
File size: < 100 KB. Compress with TinyPNG or CloudConvert to avoid inbox clipping.
3 · Design Tips
Use a transparent background so the email template’s colour shows through.
Avoid drop-shadows; some dark-mode clients invert colours and cause halos.
Keep it brand-consistent with your site logo but you may widen horizontal spacing for email aesthetics.
4 · Select the Correct Website
The uploader shows the domain currently “in session.”
If you manage multiple sites, pick the correct one in the Select Website dropdown before you drag the file in.
5 · Upload Steps
Drag-and-drop your optimised PNG/JPG into the dotted area—or click to browse.
Wait for the green success toast. The logo is now stored and automatically injected into all templates that call the [EMAIL_LOGO] placeholder.
6 · Test the Result
Send a test campaign to yourself. Check: Gmail, Outlook, iOS Mail, dark-mode.
If it looks fuzzy: re-export at 2× width, compress again, and re-upload.
Follow these steps for a crisp, lightweight logo that looks professional in every subscriber’s inbox.
