Every image, PDF, favicon, and video thumbnail you upload across all RankingMastery tools is stored in this central library. From here you can preview, copy the file URL, or permanently delete assets.
2 · Browsing & Sorting
Media Type dropdown — filter by Images, Icons, PDFs, Videos, Audio.
Search box — instant filter by file name (partial matches OK).
Date column — click header to sort newest ⬇︎ or oldest ⬆︎.
3 · Preview & Copy URL
Click any thumbnail → a popup shows the full‐size asset with its dimensions and a “Copy URL” button.
Use that URL inside custom HTML blocks or external blogs.
4 · Delete Safely
Red trash icon removes a file permanently.
If the asset is used on any live page or email, you’ll see a warning listing those locations.
Deleting breaks references—always update pages first or replace the file with same filename.
5 · Upload Tips
Keep images < 250 KB for hero sections; < 100 KB for inline graphics.
Use descriptive names (team-photo-2025.jpg) so search finds them later.
Prefer JPG for photos, PNG for graphics with transparency, WEBP if you want maximum compression.
6 · Bulk Upload
Drag multiple files at once into the uploader; progress bars show per-file status.
If any file exceeds 5 MB you’ll get a red size warning—compress and re-upload.
7 · Version-Replacement Trick
Need to update a graphic without breaking existing pages?
Upload a new file with the exact same filename; the library overwrites the old one and every page referencing that URL shows the fresh image after a cache clear.
With these best practices you’ll keep your media library clean, fast-loading, and easy to search—so every page pulls sharp, lightweight assets.
